As the elaborate steps for pranayama are explained well, any beginner can follow the steps and enjoy the benefits of it. But to be frank, the first three steps are less time consuming and easy to practice regularly. But the last two steps seem to be lengthy and time consuming so not practical.
Thanks for the information and well wish you for your future....

Thanks for imparting knowledge. Method is nicely elaborated. For modern days, the process is lengthy and attracts devotion of time. The patience will be penalised for fast moving people. Therefore, Suryavedi or Chandravedi Pranayam with short duration may be substituted to modern times. This is for the master people who already attains his goal at the art of living and practicing regularly pranayam.
Expect your more and more experience, if you like to share.

Beautifully explained the practice of Nadishodhana Pranayama. I would like to mention that Nadi is not Blood Vessal. These are channels through which energy is flowing. There are thousands of such channels in our body. The three most important Nadis are Ida, Pingla and Sushumna. By practicing Nadishodhana pranayama regularly, all the impurities and blockages are removed and balanced flow of energy is achieved between Ida and Pingla and ultimately activate the Shushmna Nadi, so that the awakened Kundalini Shakit by meditation can flow through the Sushumna Nadi without any obstruction.

Namaskar,

I have an opinion based purely on my idea which is that : a beignner irresepctive of age or gender should first practise Asanas for at least three months and then he/she should practise Pranayama so that his nerves system will all be more healhy and clear and his lungs will be more prepared.

I would like to know your own opinion based on your vast experience and knoweldge so that I can correct my view.

I must say that your news letter is of very interesting and value.

Thank you and best regards
