I would like to say that you are doing a best possible service to mankind.
My question is are you aware hwat kind of pranayama had been taught in paramahamsa"s ashram. or I want to know how kriya yoga is different from existing methods of pranayama. Please let me know. I know all the benefits of pranayamas as I have been practicing it regularly from 1984.
