I am a yoga practitioner and interested in becoming an instructor. I think that it will be a great way to stay flexible as I grow older in age. I hope to remain youthful by keeping my spine healthy. Breathing techniques have helped to remain calm in all types of situations. By trade, I am a massage therapist and many breathing techniques help during a session working on clients.

Thank you for this fountain of information that you provide. I save all the newsletters that I receive. May God Bless you for your help.

Iam practicing the yoga. I have done 4month resedencial course in Bihar yoga bharti, Munger. Your teaching are on the same line. Guru ji in the unversity is guiding priciple for the teachers, yogi, sanasi, students and peoples coming for the yoga and guidlines for thier life in this world. I do like your presentations and trying to fellow and tell my trainees to learn and understand the yoga in a better way. I like this article of yoga nidra as i am practicing it and making others feel relex by this teaching. It is ideal to do this in a relax position but if for relexation it can be done in chair position or not ? Pleae send me the articles of yoga in different aspects it is quit a good source of knowledge. Thanks for the Knowledge upgradation.
