		<description>Blessed self: Hari OM
In Yoga REGULARITY, SINCERITY AND SADHANA are the dictums.
To start with allot specific time say 15 minutes preferably during Brahma Muhurta - two hours before sunrise and do sadhana regularly.
1)Learn from an experienced Yoga teacher Tadasana, Tiryak Tadasana and Kati Chakrasana 10 times each. Relax in Shavasana for 2 minutes with awareness on the body parts.
2)Sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana and chant Maha Mrtyunjaya/Gayatri / or your own Ishta Devata japa - 108 times.
3)Whenever you feel &#039;low stamina&#039; - smile in yourself and pronounce aloud that you are strong and happy. Proceed on your work with enthusiasm.
Do it regularly at least for 40 days using a &#039;sadhana diary (check list&#039;. You are your own master and judge. Contact Rituji or your choice for further guidance.
