I know that it is important to keep the bending of the spine balance, one way then the other etc, but is there a right and wrong order to standing, sitting and prone Asanas. I have heard and seen many variations. What have you found works for you? Apparently If the order goes from standing to prone, it conserves energy.
Also, I have not had this happen yet but I am nervous as how I would handle the situation of a student requiring instruction in a posture I cannot actually demostrate myself. Is a Yoga teacher expected to be able to perform all and even the most advanced postures?
