Hi Nany,
Congratulations of opening your own yoga studio! What a wonderful adventure you have started on.
As for the colors of the walls, I agree that orange is a "hot" color. I would personally go for pale blues or lavendars - white is also a great idea, and pink would work if it was a pale color as well. As for the windows, I would cover them with sheer curtains as it would lessen the intensity of light in the room and prevent people from looking in. Perhaps you could do blinds and then the sheer curtains so you could choose, depending on your class and/or your students, how much light you wanted in. My students prefer a darker room. As for mats, why not research it on the internet? Type "yoga mats" into your search engine and you will find companies from all over the world. A lot of places offer discounts on bulk orders.
Hope I was somewhat helpful and I am sure many others on this forum will also have some great ideas. Best of luck to you!

thank you jeanne for your ideas.. i like your ideas about curtains .. i prefer pink coulor beacause it brings happy feelings and its my favourite coulor specially if its light i will try to have some of the students openions about it at the same time i respect white coulor it brings peace , lavender brings relaxation its good for meditation and relaxation, i really love blue coulor but we have to use it carefully some people get depressed with it if they have this mood already am still thinking ... pink, white or lavender?

Hi Nany,
Lavender would be my pick, but Marie says pink. All three colors are good selections.
There are many places to choose from, when looking for Yoga mats.

Namaskar,
For the record, Paul's son is Paul III. He answers the phone sometimes. Especially, when Paul or Marie are teaching yoga classes.
