I hate the fact that I have to wait 2 hours after I eat to practice Yoga. What is the reasoning for this? I work out at the gym immediately after I eat.
The two hour window between eating and a physical Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, etc.) practice is a general guideline.
