Hi B,

Your time frame on a Sunday works. I know two different instructors who have Sunday classes once a week. One teaches Tai Chi and the other teaches hot yoga. Both of them have been doing this for over 10 years. Both would admit the summer and holidays can be lean enough to take a vacation, but they have dedicated followings. Anyone who shows up to hot yoga during the summer deserves a medal.

Your rent is excellent. You should do well.

Peace,

Gator
