Hi Everyone,

Giving everything away devalues the image of any activity. Some new students just expect you to give everything away. If you do, it's like feeding wild bears. The more you give, the more they expect. Meanwhile you've got to figure out how to pay rent, utilities, insurance, and any other overhead costs. Now I'm curious if anyone has come up with any creative ideas for integrating free classes into packages. For instance "Buy 10 yoga classes and get 2 free."

Om Shanti,

Sarah
