Hi Mark,
There is something to be said for incentives, when you consider top performing Yoga teachers. Maybe compensating your best Yoga teachers with a discount on the Pro Shop would work. You don't have to give away the store, but the Yoga teachers who really plug to get new students and keep established Yoga students are worth taking care of.
There are Yoga teachers who just don't care if classes are big or small. They show up just in time for a class and are the first one out the door. These two different kinds of Yoga teachers don't deserve the same benefits.
