Namaskar Rommy,

Sorry for so many questions, but I want to understand. Kindly explain:

Quote:
Pay is flat rate + X per student over 15. (we begin to realize profit at that number, ours is a heated studio)

Please explain: "flat rate + X per student over 15." What if Yoga teachers have less than 15 students per class? What consists of a heated class? Is this Bikram or Hot Yoga only? Also, what would you do if a prospective teacher taught Iyengar, Sivananda or Ashtanga?

Thanking You.
