We are outlining our teacher policies for our new studio.

Any teacher on our weekly schedule may chose one significant person to receive 'free' yoga. (the reason, bodies breed energy in the class and this doesn't take any capitol outlay)

Pay is flat rate + X per student over 15. (we begin to realize profit at that number, ours is a heated studio)

Private or special group classes are 50/50 split with teacher.

Teachers may attend master workshops @ discounted price-they pay only master teacher, not the studio.

Because I am a teacher, not an instructor, I believe in giving the teachers that teach in my studio the chance to thrive. If they thrive, I thrive. Simple.
