Dear Priyah and meenakshijsr,

Let's test the response time of Perfect Mind - if there ever is a response. perfect mind's software supposedly tracks leads and converts them into yoga students. If this is so, meenakshijsr is a lead that contacted Perfect mind on August 7, 2010 and hasn't been answered since. I don't think I want this kind of long delayed customer service. What if this software is worthless? Will I ever get help from customer service? My question to perfect mind is - How long will it take for your intuitive system to answer its web social features? Please do the needful and explain why you don't answer your e-Mail on a timely basis.

Kindly tells us more about your software. What is the length of the free trial? How much does your yoga studio management really cost? Do you pay by the month forever or do you buy it once with potential upgrades as the software improves? Please do the needful.

Firstly, I want to apologize to any reptiles for my user name, but I'm also a Gator football fan. :-) Okay enough with the jokes. I see what Priyah means about choosing usernames.
Back to this yoga studio software that Vahid services and one person complained about - I have questions.
Questions for Vahid:
The complaint was that your prices are high, but Darren said the prices are low.
1. What is the exact price?
2. Is there a contract?
3. If so, for how long
4. Is there a trial membership for a new customer to decide if your management system fits a yoga teacher's or studio's needs?
5. What are the benefits for yoga studios?
6. Are there charges to the studio owner to fix your software?
7. What if my yoga center has Macs?
I'm sure many yoga instructors and studios are curious and if this information is presented, some of them will react.
I feel that you have earned some trust on this thread and would like to get the full picture.

Looks like PerfectMIND is just a robot without any ability to process your question. This speaks volumes about their service. For example: When you asked a question, PerfectMIND received it by email. Yet, no response, which means if you have problems with their software, you will also get no response. Enough said.

This was a one shot post. Perfect mind isn't responding to questions. At this point it looks like this thread was only started as a back linking strategy. Perfect mind hasn't responded in six months.

I sincerely apologize for the extremely delayed response. We actually just stumbled across this post online having never seen it before! I can only assume that a former employee must have posted it and never mentioned it.
In answer to your questions:
It is a 30 free trial which you can simply download off our website at http://www.perfectmind.com/yoga.
There are a couple of different options for you to pay a low monthly fee for a variety of services. The best thing about it is that you have everything you need in one system! Your studio manager, email, book keeping, website, and social media all in one place! You are not charged additionally based on number of contacts, emails sent, logins, or anything like that. So your bill stays low and there are no surprises.

PERFECT MIND: WHAT A DISASTER!
I signed up for Perfect Mind, because I wanted to support a canadian company.
Well.....Customer service was unprofessional. Amateurs. First, THEY (Darren) OVER CHARGED me a lot of money, and he did not respond to any my emails regarding this matter. Later customer service REFUSED to REFUND me. They don't provide receipts for anything, they were shocked when I asked, no one knew how to make and send them to me. No matter how many times I asked, I never got receipts. They wouldn't give me a copy of the agreed contract. Training for the set up was unorganized on their part. They didn't not have a set methodology of how-to-train customers. Instead, they asked me "so, what do you want to know?" ... Sigh..The software it self is full of problems. Every time I asked them to fix something that was wrong with their programming, they wanted to charge me. We wanted to use their scanner at our front desk, to sign in clients. Turns out it is not compatible with a Mac, so they told us to go out and buy another computer. (They could of told us this "before" we signed up, when I asked if everything was compatible with a Mac).
If you love your business, STAY AWAY FROM PERFECT MIND!! It was a big nightmare for us and a lot of wasted time and money.

Thank you for the tip about Perfect Mind. How much did they charge you and what were you over charged?
For the record this day is March 30, 2012.
So Darren, what have you to say for yourself before this becomes a "hot thread?" My suggestion: Give my friend a refund before your reputation goes public. Many yoga teachers visit this site and your social networking reputation is on the line.
Come out and resolve this problem with an unsatisfied customer. If your social networking software is all you claim, then you should be able to track this thread that took you so long to respond to the first time.

As mentioned before, PerfectMind is a company based in North Vancouver, but they also have an office in Carson City. They don't post their prices and that alone would scare most people off. I love free trials, but hate big surprises that kick me in the pants.
I don't know what you guys are expecting from them concerning social networking power. Darren said, "The best thing about it is that you have everything you need in one system! Your studio manager, email, book keeping, website, and social media all in one place!"
Let's get real: Are you expecting websites like Aura has? Are you expecting some kind of social networking cloud or cutting edge software? Look around PerfectMind's site and tell me what you see. They don't specialize in Yoga, but they put together a package that any business can use.
Don't expect some Delta Force ITs from Aura, Radian 6, Quick Books and iCal to come to the rescue. As far as how long it takes Darren, or somebody else to get back to this thread, the addition of exact dates is a good idea Patel. Last time it took 6 months, so expect to long wait unless one of you wants to write Darren or contact their info at Perfect Mind dot com address.
In defense of PerfectMind, I'd like to know exactly what over charged means. Good commando style social networking cloud programs go $500 to $600 a month as a stand alone service and if Darren had that he'd be here right now.
Either way, PerfectMind is a Jack of all trades solution for people who can't afford an IT team.

Well, well, well...if you say your yoga studio software does something and it doesn't; what does that mean? It doesn't do social networking at all.

Hey Patanjali,
Speak to Vahid and get this resolved. One point to mention, maybe their social networking tools are better than you think. To be fair, Vahid answered in 12 days and nobody called him. I'm impressed and I hope you both can make a compromise.
Just a quick update for other members, that I haven't received any email or phone call yet.

Personally, you have given credibility to your company and software. I posted on this thread and didn't give your company a fair shake. I honestly thought Darren was posting back links for SEO purposes alone and didn't think anyone would visit again. As you can imagine many teachers are viewing what you write and it looks good for you because you seem to care.
On a side note: I don't like it when someone chooses the user name "Patanjali." How would you like it if I chose Saint Mary for my name? As an Indian, it is frustrating when people choose names of saints, sages, gurus, gods and goddesses for their user names. Please think about it and pick another name.

Our pricing is different based on the package you will go with. We are a 3 in 1 solution, which means you don't have to pay extra for any bookkeeping, processing, email marketing, website management and etc software next to your studio management app. Our prices (including all above) starts from $99/m and goes up.

There will be a 12 months term, if you want to go with our minimum rates and also Free setup, training and tech support.

There is a Free trial available, however we won't set you up (data transfer, training and etc) with the trial version. As soon as we see you on board with us, they we'll schedule the training and setup right away.
