Hello Coach Al,

I really love what you posted and I am happy to say that I really do most of your suggestions. I teach in my home, so all my students are relaxed and comfortable. I light candles and ask them how their week was when they enter class. Many of them are very stressed doctors and nurses and I encourage them to take this hour for themselves and leave their troubles outside for this period of time. After class, many of them feel comfortable enough to linger and talk. I also offered a class free of charge for the holidays and Valentine's Day as well to show them how much I appreciate them. I want them to feel like I am honored to have them and that is the truth - teaching is a wonderful blessing in my life. :)

Namaste,

Jeann
