Namaskar Donna,

Thank you for visiting the Yoga Forums. Also, thank you for stating that I am one of your favorite Yoga teachers.

When you attended my Yoga classes at the Malboro, MA campus, you were a Yoga student seeking instruction for complete physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health.

Therefore, we did not talk business. If you recall, I never asked you about the handsome salary, which Fidelity Investments paid you. I feel you have every right to advance and live an abundant life, in the West Metro Suburbs of Boston.

If Yoga teachers take a vow of poverty, there will not be many Yoga classes around. Sorry to say, most of us would practice at home with family members and Yoga would go "under ground." Yoga has many faces and all of them are good.

World peace, loving kindness, mindfulness, giving, and tolerance, are not just politically correct keywords.

At this moment, Iranian ships have seized British sailors in the Persian Gulf. I have friends from both of those countries. Yet, on tonight's news some people will want war. In any country the "mob mentality" can overwhelm the public.

Yoga is about balanced thinking and we need "cool heads" to prevail. The world needs more Yoga teachers and my Iranian friends should have the right to have open Yoga classes, without any restrictions. The Iranian people also want peace, but the leadership has a different agenda.

Please feel free to vist my new Blog: https://aurayogaworldpeaceproject.blogspot.com/

Yoga practitioners - feel free to submit articles about world peace.

None of the information about Yoga benefits would be written down if Yoga teachers were starving in the streets.

I trust you will understand my point and I respect your opinion.

Om Shanti,

Paul
