Reminds me of Mission Impossible. All is not lost! This is advice for business structure and I'm sure somebody will give a shoe string marketing plan, but here goes.

Your friend needs multiple partners if she has no money left. Talk to other yoga teachers, tai chi teachers, meditation teachers and reiki teachers in the area. Don't forget pilates, fitness, nia, qigong, martial arts, massage, dance and any other holistic activity that can use space. Bring them in pronto! If you have no money the existing staff has to go unless they want to do seva for now.
