Hi Kutti2020,
Kind sir, I would like to add that it is difficult to run one single business from the bottom up, let alone two ideally different and conflicting businesses would be an extraordinary challenge in this time of economic floundering. Unless you are holding onto vast wealth, this yoga and cafe business may cost you your life savings. It is easy to visualize a yoga and a cafe with one leg down as the slow business hurts the healthy business. This could go either way, unless you see a need for both businesses in said location. One humble request - If you have unlimited wealth for this venture, you might kindly post the job opportunities for so many yoga teachers who frequent this forum. There is nothing more inviting than a teaching position in a yoga studio with no financial baggage.
