Hi Sherry,

For teaching office or corporate Yoga classes, it's best to get a memo together for the human resources or activities manager. List the props they should bring. You can tell them you will have a limited amount available, but some will take advantage and expect you to be Santa Claus - right down to the big red sack full of free yoga props. <img decoding=" title="Laughing" />

In the memo you can give them some common sense tips - like - don't each lunch before my class. What not to wear. And don't spray Raid on your body before my yoga class. <img decoding=" title="Embarassed" />

Your yoga class policies or information about benefits and techniques in your yoga classes can be listed too. This document can be improved each time you put it into print, before you know it you might have a full blown brochure with information, tips, and class policies.

Hope you see where I'm going here. You have a project to design, but you can use it again and again.
