I own a holistic healing center, and currently lease out the yoga studio.
In August of this year, I will be taking over the studio and will be hiring yoga teachers for day and evening classes. I will be teaching a beginners class.
How do I pay the teachers? I am so confused if it should be a percentage? An hourly rate? Pay by the student? The class?
Students pay a monthly fee, and are allowed to go to any and all classes as long as they have experience in the higher levels.
Currently I have leased the studio for the past 2 1/2 years and have not found the studio to be profitable for the teachers. Who, I personally think were not able to correctly market, or run their business.
