Namaskar Rishi,
You are correct. It is very true that most Yoga teachers are not motivated by money, but the survival of your studio and their teacher positions are a realistic concern to you and your staff.
Your class package of $60 per month for unlimited Yoga sessions is extremely reasonable and this presents a unique situation.
The formula you presented of 50% for the house and 25% for each teacher is fair, if all of you are comfortable with it, but it does not encourage your teachers to take an active roll in promoting your center.
If you can make ends meet with this formula, you should be fine. If you want to increase enrollment without spending a fortune, student referrals is another avenue.
The camp-in-a-box yoga teacher training course also contains business and marketing information, beside the educational materials related to teaching yoga.
All the best.
OM Shanti,
Paul
