Kid’s yoga for improved self image: Yoga is a practice that helps us to access peace and tranquility also to incorporate or develop harmony among mind, body and soul. Nowadays this physical activity is becoming very much popular amongst everyone for its effectual outcomes especially for children. Yoga is mediated in many schools as an additional activity during or after school due to its beneficial aspects regarding to child’s physical, emotional, behavioral and cognitive development.
