When our minds are silent, there is time for insight into the inner self. This quiet state of mind is our personal guidance system to intuition. Each mind contains the keys to pure awareness. The level 2 yoga teacher certification course from Aura contains a meditation course that gives guidance in many areas of meditation from breath awareness to Vippasana. I knew how to meditate, but not how to explain it to my students.

In the meditation relaxation DVD/CD set there are a many ways that are explained and they all work well. Teaching students to endure sitting for 30 minutes was my biggest challenge. Now, I'm able to focus on teaching them to find their own comfortable place to settle in and control their mind chatter without effort.
