Hi Diane,

How are you progressing with your Mudra / Pranayama reasearch?

Okay, you were interested in local vegetarian cuisine.

There is a nice Chinese restaurant in downtown Attleboro called Hong Kong Treasures. Marie goes there for vegetarian friendly cuisine. There is also El Azteca, which is the best around for authentic Mexican food in Attleboro. As you already know, Providence is full of good Italian restaurants.

About NH vs. Cape Cod during foliage: It depends on the weather report. Both are fine, but I like the Cape a little more. You can see mountains anytime at home.

It will be good to see you again and work on Yoga between the restaurants.

Namaste,

Paul
