Namaskar Panda,
I'm sure other Yoga teachers will chime in, but thought I could briefly answer your main questions.
This depends on exactly what you want. To go beyond the Level 1 yoga certification, with all of the foundational knowledge included you have restorative yoga, the camp in a box gold, or level 2 teacher training. All of them are good, but the level 1 & 2 yoga teacher course included is beyond the rest.
If you mean level 1 & 2 inclusive - Yes. You have two years to complete the 500 hour yoga course and some of us go for all of the marbles at once.
If you're comparing all the level 1 courses against each other, the gold is the best of them all. The restorative yoga teacher course is good, but it delves into specialization and it's more than a level 1 because the course is 320 hours of study.
Shanti,
Priyah
