Namaskar Plato,

Gator gave you good information, but if you are seeking answers for the written exam be aware that those two answers will be based on the writing of the authors. So, you can include your own conclusions, but in the case of yoga science, please include Vishnu Devananda's opinion too. Just a word for the wise because we want you to receive full credit for your conclusions.

If you aren't an intern taking the written exam, please ignore what I said and take Gator's conclusions to the bank. <img src=" title="Laughing" />

Some might also say the goal of Yoga is tranquility, harmony, self-awareness, and transformation.

Om Shanti,

Tomako
