Namaskar Everyone,

Hi Plato - Just a tip in those aspects of Yoga science there are two that Swami Vishnu Devananda mentions in particular. You might want to look around the beginning of his book (within the first 20 pages). In one sentence he sums it up. This is what the question refers to.

Now, you have many more answers that Gator has mentioned, but mention what Vishnu Devananda says first, then feel free to add your opinions based on what your beliefs are. In this way you have given the author's answer and your own opinion.

Just a tip that will get you a higher mark.
