Pranam Yoga Fit,
Usually, I ask students what their needs are. Private sessions are tailored for the individual, so i don't try to make them fit into a mold. A good example of this is one student wants to lose weight, while another wants to reduce stress. That's two completely different needs. And you always have age or physical condition to figure in. So, basically talk to them, find out their needs, and adjust your session to match their needs.
