I'm a beginner when it comes to teaching yoga and I gotta say, I'm surprised that I hadn't thought of that before. One of my students in the YMCA class is actually a pregnant woman. She skips out on SOME steps (which I actually suggested she not do), but luckily, the steps she HAS been pulling off are fine -- especially since she's only 3 months in.
How many pregnant women do you normally have in your yoga classes or do you have designated classes for pregnant women? I'm kind of afraid to tell her what to do (and what not to do), because I want her to be safe but I don't want her to hurt herself.
