Namaste Steph,
Well, complainers can drag your Yoga class down. The positive feelings within your Yoga class can make a negative thinker feel better. You cannot afford to let complainers take the forum in your class. Your good students will want to leave.
To anyone who can help:
I have a question.
How can we help students with Yogic methods, who have serious anger issues? I work in a few settings where serious anger is just under the surface. I know Paul worked with teens, teaching Yoga, in juvenile detention centers.
Any advice will help!
