Funny you should ask. I will be producing a series of eBooks on the subject of Yoga for emotional and mental health, before the end of this year. There will also be two Yoga courses, which will encompass these subjects.

The most interesting points, within my books, have been discovered, when I mentor experienced Yoga teachers. When asked what we do, how many Yoga teachers say, "I teach Yoga?"

According to some surveys, 64% of the US population has never practiced Yoga once. In some regions of the United States, Yoga is very popular, but what if you live in an area where Yoga is unknown? We have to explain the benefits of Yoga.

Consider this: Yoga teachers also teach pain management, stress management, anger management, relaxation, happiness, concentration, physical exercise, and much more.
