The first in my series of Yoga courses for improving emotional and mental health is about self-worth. When teaching the public, any Yoga teacher can easily see a need to instill a positive self-image within each student.
Many people are starving to feel worthy. If people believe they are not worthy of good in their lives, what will happen?
We hear words such as self-confidence, self-esteem, self-image, and self-worth, but the Yogic solution for empowerment is not addressed often enough.
Poor self worth is responsible for stress, anxiety, physical ailments, and many deep emotional issues. Anyone could change their life in one week, by putting these ideas into daily practice.
