Namaskar Parell,

Since you usually teach Vinyasa based Yoga classes, I do not feel a discussion on self-worth would fit into those classes.

However, it will help in a special class, workshop, during private lessons, while mentoring, and within your life coaching services. As you already know, life coaching is much more than teaching clients weight resistance and cheer leading.

In fact, the "Yoga Mentoring for Self-Worth e-Course" is just one of many more in development, which will enhance a new holistic approach to life coaching.

Yoga instructors are sitting on the knowledge to make positive changes in adults, children, and families. Yoga has many empowering aspects and we can make positive changes at the grass roots level.

Making Yoga students aware of how to develop confidence from within is only the beginning.

Om Shanti,

Paul
