Namaskar!
I am so sorry to read that you feel this way. You mention that you feel anxious and full of anxiety. Is this purely a result of beginning a yoga teacher course? Is there anything else that is adding to your stress? Mention your feelings to your tutor or guru. Nobody wants you to have feelings of deep stress to become a yoga teacher.
Whatever is stressing you out can be altered to make it manageable. The point being, you can determine how much mental stimulation you want. The jump from student to teacher is significant, but you determine how the journey will go. All you need to do is talk to your guru and express your feelings and why you feel this way.
If the teacher trainer is an unreasonable task master you have to decide if you want to go further. Nobody expects you to live in hell to finish your yoga teacher certification. Let us know more about why you feel overwhelmed.
