A little off the thread we go. The demand for yoga created many fake yogis who suddenly adopted Indian names and wore robes to commercialize it. But I digress ..... A decision to withdraw from yoga teacher training is a personal one. There are many reasons why someone could decide to leave an ashram. It's not for everyone. I spent a stinking and sticky weekend at one in the States with a ton of ridiculous rules and the price was through the roof! I should have stayed at the Best Western on the other side of the lake. They had better food and it was authentic Indian. I respect Marie because she didn't condemn the ashram or the trainers.
