The nature of yoga is union with the divine.

The teacher B.K.S. Iyengar has a look that I so admire and hope to achieve on day. He is 86 and has supple body and buddha stomach.

I tell my students that I have always had a buddha stomach...I am 52...in good shape with the body of an older former dancer turned yogin, teach yoga, and LOVE IT!
