Your friend might want to shop around and find the best yoga teacher course that meets he needs. With 12 years of Iyengar training under her belt she know alot about alignment and using props. If she goes back to Iyengar she may be in four 4 more years of basic training and another 2 years for level 1. So she might have to study for another 6 years depending on who she knows within the circle.
Aura's restorative yoga teacher training course should take her about three or four months to complete. Best thing for her to do is contact Paul if she's interested. It really depends on what she's looking for but the restorative course by Aura seems like a reasonable fit for an Iyengar student.Blessings,Steph
