Hi Everyone,

I'm sure some of you have taught coporate yoga classes too. And they are always full due to employees being a captive audience. But each company I teach for is very forward thinking. It appears the good companies have corporate yoga classes because they care about their help.

That said, it seems that the slave driving companies send a lot of people to the yoga studios and fitness centers. Luckily more people than ever are working to resolve problems in rational ways. The sad cases grab the headlines, but I've seen so many people work to reduce stress before it's too late.
