Namaskar Zazen,
Believe me, I understand about the cost of a flight, hotel, and the cost of a course.
The level 1 (Camp in a Box) covers every aspect of teaching, including anatomy. The Camp in a Box has many tools for helping students with their body mechanics, but the restorative yoga teacher course has even more anatomy materials and lesson plans for ailments.
Paul works with many students, who have Parkinsons, MS, stroke, Attaxia, and other disorders, so his gentle style is geared toward teaching yoga to anyone.
Here is the link to the restorative course: Restorative Yoga Teacher Course
You might want to compare them side by side before you make your decision.
The courses produced by Paul and Aura Wellness Center are well rounded and top quality.
Best of Luck,
Tomako
