Hi Deb,
Apparently Zazen is studying but not watching the forum. I can tell you that i researched all of the online sources for yoga certification. I chose aura because I was getting a full course (not just fitness). I am so glad I did, because I referred some of the fitness yoga teachers i work with to aura too. One of them had 50 hours of training and knew 24 postures - that's it!
Paul has been aroiund for decades. He has been training teachers in the boston - providence area. He is an authorized yoga teacher trainer (E-RYT 500) with yoga alliance. His studio has been recognized by the international yoga federation. You can't go wrong.
Peace
