Greetings and Salutations,
Observe your dosha and you will be fine. Yoga and Ayurveda observe constitution types that are natural for each person. Some people will live a natural life eating meat and some will not. It is the same with spice.
Too many people think that a Yogi, Yogini, or Yoga instructor should be a vegetarian. If it is not in your dosha, why try to be something you are not. Eat what you like and forget about trying to impress others.
If you want to eat mung bean sprouts for the rest of your life, that is wonderful, but do not expect the rest of the world enjoy the same thing. This is not meant to offend, but to offer an objective opinion.
