When ever I get a chance to take a yoga class from another teacher it is an educational experience. Some teachers are so professional. While some yoga teachers don't watch their students at all. If you get the feeling you're interrrupting your teachers yoga session you are in the wrong class. One teacher would tell anyone who needed help: "Just sit in pose of a child!" The yoga equivalent of: "just sit in the corner." If yoga teacher has no patience with her students, why is she teaching? Because it's her time, her class, her performance, and it's all about her. You can visit and pay to watch her show. But don't ask for help. If you know a teacher like this - walk out ASAP.
