Thank you for sharing your experience.
That group sounds a bit more limited than my group. You made the right choice, I'd say.

Paul, you were right when you suggested I see if they'd open up in time, because they have.
This past week, one of the girls came to me and asked me about an alternative to Meditation, so I told her that we could just do a simple Concentration exercise. Just changing what it's called made a HUGE difference. It turns out that the girls were reluctant to try Meditation because they thought it was religious, and they didn't want to offend the Rabbi or anyone else near by. I speculated that that was the case from the beginning, but wasn't sure if I should have bothered trying to explain what Meditation is.

So, little by little, they're starting to open up. I guess as long as I keep calling it "Concentration" it's fine hahaha <img decoding=" title="Laughing" />
