Trikonasana is taken for granted by many and appreciated by a few. This is a staple pose in a hatha yoga lesson plan. Depending on how your body is made, one muscle group will be tighter than others in trikonasana. Someone may feel it in the hamstrings if the forward leg is straight. In the same position someone else may feel it in the lower back or hip flexors.
