When guiding students to find their Ujiyah breath I often use the "fogging the mirror" image. I ask them to imagine they are fogging a mirror with their breath and then to repeat this with mouth closed. I emphasise that uddiyana bandha is needed to support this breath.

BUT I'd love to hear some of your ideas about guiding students to find & develop their Ujiyah breath.I think if more images & analagies are used there's a better chance of the concept landing.
