Hi,
I agree with Paul in that yoga has evolved into something so many different kinds of people can enjoy. This can be seen in a positive light when we think about how many students have tried many versions of yoga until they find one that is well suited for them. I believe there will always be the traditionalists among us, but I am also happy to give my students some of the different styles that they enjoy.
It makes me happy to be able to share this incredible experience with such a vast population of students. Just my perspective...
