If you are familiar with the rural mid-west this is not such a no brainer. I've been on the coast; things are different there. People are much more open to new things in metropolitan area's things are much different; anytime you get away from the rural mid-west. Even in Minneapolis things are much different than they are here.
I also have a pretty good idea of the work needed and time involved in building a business having done it before. The question was whether or not a person could sustain a business at a level large enough to support a family in a mid-western town of 20,000 people.
I apologize if I sounded like I was whining about being away from home living in motels; but I haven't seen my wife and kids for two weeks. I'd really like to live at home. I missed my son's first varsity wrestling match last weekend. They had 14 inches of snow last week and my wife is left with the children to fend for herself. I guess I feel like I should be there when it is -25 and her van won't start so she can get to work.
This is good news to hear!
Never apologize for honesty, ever!
