Hi.

First: I'm looking for some modifications or alternative poses (neck injury/weakness), (back injury/weakness), (high blood pressure).

Second: Why is high blood pressure a contradication for spinal twists?

Third: When doing Sun Salutations, should we be offering a modification for forward bend to people with high blood pressure?

I've been in many classes, and it's never been addressed. Just wondering. Thanks for the help. I'll be videotaping my practical exam soon and want to be as thorough as possible, of course.
