Hi Parell,
Most Yoga teachers do not belong to the Yoga Alliance, at all, but if you want to, you have to have contact hours through Yoga teacher training in person or mentoring with an E-RYT.
If you want to be a Registered Yoga teacher, you will have to pay more for it, but there is nothing that requires you to do it. About the dirt: Well, there's nothing much to say. He's a straight arrow, married 29 years, gs to church, helps people, and keeps his nose clean. What can you say? BORING, but he likes what he ds.
