No worries - send Paul your lesson plan. Best thing to do is craft out a lesson plan for the yoga class you're going to teach. It's Okay if they're beginners. All the better in some ways because advanced yogis tend to go off on their own sometimes. New students will follow your every word. Demonstrate a yoga technique, have them watch and then have them do it while you make adjustments. Before you know it you'll be finished and ready to wrap it up.
