Hi, I would just like to ask about programming a yoga sequence. In the complete yoga book it states that the best sequence in terms of utilizing energy is fro m standing postures to sitting and kneeling, etc.(p.269) I often prefer to design a programme which goes from corpse posture into warms ups in the reclined posture, working through into rocking up to standing, then continuing my programme from there. I find it much easier for morning practices, especially for beginners who need to loosen up. Would this be acceptable in my video exam Does my video exam have to have a complete sequence of sun salutations? I will be working with students who have never practiced yoga before? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks
